People's Summit & March on the Capitol
The 2009 People's Summit & March on the Capitol was a triumph.  Hundreds of us celebrated Dr. King's legacy by organizing to end poverty.  We marched and rallied, shared our stories, and called on our lawmakers to support responsible lending, healthcare for all, affordable housing, access to citizenship, and income supports.
